Dick Underwood

Dick Underwood was a Christian Minister for 17 years. He was commissioned in the UK as a Salvation Army Officer and also became an Industrial Chaplain to the Fishing Industry as a Superintendent with the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen.

He subsequently became a staff counsellor for the West Yorkshire Ambulance Service, and Chief Executive of a national counselling charity.

Dick has published a personalhistory of the Salvation Army in the UK during the 1970's and 1980's entitled Salvation Army Miscellany

He has also published two collections of poems Still I Will Love You and God! That Ark Stank

He has also published two self-help books Bereavement Help Practical help for anyone suffering from bereavement and Eulogy Help Practical help for anyone who has to give a eulogy or do any form of public speaking.
